The second collection from Sean Aeon steps into a mystically mind-opening version of
Los Angeles.
Exploring harmony, consciousness, and conditioning, each chapter is a vignette into an intellectual awakening bubbling beneath the carefully curated, the cautiously kept, and the carelessly considered.
A table is set for renaissance.
Welcome to the trippier side of LA reserved for the pages of its diary.
For your eyes only.
An Artbook on LSD is inspired by, and expands on, the world of LA on LSD,
shaped by sean aeon.
• storytelling through symbology •
Inside are 21 original calligraphy paintings seen no where else--bringing an added layer of depth to the explored philosophies--passages from the complete short story collection, and the 13th chapter of LA on LSD, Beverly's Hill.
Fairytales From Within: Fables of Love, Sacrifice, and Discovery is a conscientiously crafted graphic novel, aiming to inspire observation, understanding, and internal inquiry in audiences of all ages.
The 47 original illustrations are minimal and surreal, freeing the imaginative and symbolic space for the reader, encouraging open exploration and interpretation.
Fairytales From Within contains two narratives.
Chapter one follows the whimsical Humi and Pj, a hummingbird and a peacock whose exchange examines how the way we see ourselves alters how others see us.
Ileese and Lynn are the focus of the second account, a daughter searching for her mother who has mystically become a palm tree in Los Angeles. Their interaction looks closer into the way the lives of parents shape the lives of their children.
Stories to soothe the mind while expanding it.
The Outsider's Mind is a collection of short stories examining human nature and the human condition.
Each tale is illustrated by a different supernatural character or circumstance. Immortal beings, zombies, and hyper-intelligent insects are only a few of those sharing their assessment of humanity.
If you've ever felt misunderstood or wondered what it would be like to see the world through the eyes of the outcasts, this book is for you.
Part short story collection, part quote book, and part philosophical analysis, The Outsider's Mind explores concepts that speak to the various ways we experience and interpret the world around us that often go unrecognized.
Sean Aeon is an author, artist, humanist, and the sole-creator behind a unique intersection of material incorporating literature, philosophy, and visual art.
His body of work is dedicated to the promotion, progression, and deepening of our humanity and interconnectivity, through philosophical, interpersonal, and sociological commentary.
The examination of universal, inherent, and evident connection is central in his narratives.
It is Sean’s honor and privilege to share
what has been shared with him.
His literary influences include James Baldwin, Hans Christian Andersen, Joseph Campbell, James Frey, Alan Moore, Lois Lowry, Robert Cormier, Amy Cleveland, Frank Miller, Christopher Nolan, James Cameron, George Lucas, Robert Rodriguez, and Quintin Tarantino.

From An Artbook on LSD, by Sean Aeon:
“Organic magnetism was magic to her, and the reflective charcoal surface of the stone shared a subtle symbolism.
The darkest aspects of existence were reflections like all others, tools used to see the sides of ourselves others usually saw first.
Magnets reminded us that what was intrinsically aligned would effortlessly attract.
Positive and negative were irrelevant.
Interacting with organically magnetized elements was said to be interacting with a looped echo of Earth’s magnetic field.
Shuffling lodestones was a focused-meditation aimed at reducing perceived inner polarity, increasing more efficient direction of physical and metaphysical magnetism. Carmen unstacked the top stone, released it, and it snapped instantly into its near identical pair.
Things fell into place once we let go, as long as we let go when pulled to.”
Each canvas aeonaes pouch is hand-painted and made-to-order by author and artist,
sean aeon.
